Our History
More than 30 years ago, Joe DiVita - a successful award winning design/ builder - envisioned bringing an exceptional client experience not only in the creation of home building, but also in real estate. Today, Joe DiVita and his two sons, Adriano and Gianluca - continue the initial envision of Metrohomes and focus full attention to urban markets, development partners, and its clients and customers. Metrohomes participated in more than 300 individual infill projects, of which, all completed by 2005. Over the past 15 years, nearly $500 Million Dollars worth of real estate has been touched by its core values of integrity and commitment. Throughout its history, we have chosen an experienced sales and support team to provide these core values to our clients alongside their ability to carry a professional relationship through any transaction. 

Our Team

Broker, Team Leader and Director of Commercial Development

Joe DiVita, Broker and Director of commercial real estate, based in Toronto, is a commercial real estate veteran at Royal LePage Signature Realty and President of Quantum Capital Developments. Joe has a long record of successful commercial and residential transactions; his most recognized sale to name was the land assembly of Toronto’s most sought after address, 1 Bloor Street West. Joe has combined his dedication and experience to creating a giant footprint in Toronto’s real estate market. His full time attention to the urban markets has developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit with his partners, clients, and team members. Joe’s twenty-five plus years of experience allows him to offer a diverse range of expertise from representing clients of both purchasing and selling, for investments, and land development. Joe has developed a solid and reputable standard of high service that has benefited his partners and clients. His ability to perform in sales, marketing, and management positions has allowed him to continuously not only achieve his client’s goals, but also exceed their expectations.

Adriano is a second generation real estate professional as well a University of Toronto Alumni with degrees in urban planning, human geography and professional writing. His thorough understanding of the Toronto residential markets combined with his passion for real estate has aided in creating unrivalled service and strategies while achieving the goals of his clients. His dedication to offering his clients the highest quality of representation and professionalism has continuously raised the bar in high service real estate. Adriano has built a solid foundation of urban market knowledge, experience in urban planning, and exposure to investor and developer strategies and negotiations.

Sales Representative

Hala is a five year real estate professional, with specializations in residential sales and legal administration. Her passion for real estate stems from her loyal and dedicated client relationships. Hala’s ability to advise sellers on pricing a property, last minute details, and exposing the property to a driven market is a key component in her selling strengths. She is a main support to the Metrohomes Real Estate Group in studying current market analysis, accompanying clients to properties, discussing conditions, throughly going over real estate contracts and keeping up to date with clients. Hala’s ability to coordinate appointments and showings to prospective buyers as well promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services, truly defines our goal in every real estate relationship with Metrohomes.

Sales Representative

Cori is a four year real estate professional, with specialities in both residential and commercial sales. Cori is seasoned in connecting both buyers and sellers in real estate from outside of Toronto and the country. Her ability to engage and stay connected with foreign clients combined with her ability to guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price; undoubtedly highlights her talents in creating an exceptional real estate experience. Cori’s strong sales techniques, negotiation and communication skills have enabled her to support the Metrohomes Real Estate Group in achieving all of our clients needs, from commercial, to pre-construction, condominium, residential, and leasing.
 Team Administrator, Executive Assistant

Mary Lou is a 10 year executive assistant and lead team administrator to the Metrohomes Real Estate Group. Along with our administrative support team, Mary Lou leads support to our executive team members and sales representatives. She manages business related tasks, creates and distributes detailed market reports, follows up with appointments, organizes travel and accommodation, showing requests and any client or customer inquires during our business hours. Mary Lou perfectly acts as the point of contact among team members, clients, employees, and other external partners. Her passion for the success of the Metrohomes Real Estate Group and maintaining a healthy flow of information in a timely manner aids our team to create a flawless experience with our clients.

Marketing, Website Design and Advertisement

Gianluca is a 2 year web designer for the Metrohomes Real Estate Group. His central focus is the key design layouts of website and editing new content on reports of current market analysis. Gianluca also aids in editing photographs for listings of properties as well determining the technical requirements for multimedia design, data bases for pre-construction registrations, webpage scripting and updates. Gianluca’s skill in photography and web design enables the Metrohomes Real Estate Group to accurately and precisely market our clients properties with flawless web design on multiple platforms across different networks and countries around the world.
